At no direct cost to you, Elite-VB will work with you to determine which flexible enrollment options best suit your business needs while also providing the ideal enrollment experience for you and your employees.

Our target goal is to provide education, enrollment, administration, integration – we can do it all at Elite-VB.  With various carrier partners, we can either provide technology solutions with our Employee Navigator license or utilize one of our technology partners (such as T2B Solutions with VOYA).  Our goal is to ensure that your business is realizing solutions that are streamlined, easy and secure.  It’s our goal to add SERVICE to new hires as we know an enrollment doesn’t end when the coverage is effective – that’s when we use technology for servicing your account…year after year…

PERSONAL ENROLLMENT
OPTIONS:

The stats are in: most employees will tell you that benefits education works best face-to-face, which is why Elite-VB suggests a face-to-face benefit consultation as part of enrollment. 1-to-1 meetings offer the best opportunity to help your employees understand and appreciate the benefits you provide. Elite-VB’s highly trained, professional benefit counselors meet with employees individually, reviewing their personal benefit situation and helping them make their elections.

When face-to-face isn’t practical, EVB has carriers that can provide effective materials (videos, e-mail blasts, text alerts) combined with other tools (packets still work great in addition to electronic materials) with the end goal that ALL employees will understand the new benefit offering.  Know that technology done RIGHT will create an effective outcome, but we won’t sacrifice the little things that still make an enrollment successful: the group meeting, the reps in our Midtown Office on hand that can help with questions or concerns.

Running a business isn’t easy, but there are smart solutions to every challenge.  If you’re a smaller employer and choose Colonial Life, enrollments are executed on their proprietary and secure program called Harmony. Harmony allows employers to tailor the benefits that is offered your employees. It also enables benefits experts to easily walk your employees through the enrollment process, ensuring that they make choices that are best for themselves and their families. Less time worrying about enrollment means more time focusing on the things that matter most to you and your business.   Enrollments can also be done through “co-browse” where we can be enrolling employees in various locations and never miss a new hire!

ALTERNATIVE
SOLUTIONS

When 1-to-1 isn’t feasible, Elite-VB has alternative solutions to provide consistent communication and enrollment:

1-TO-1 CALL CENTER ENROLLMENTS

Employees speak with a benefits counselor over the phone, so we can walk them through their benefit options and the enrollment process.

1-TO-1 CO-BROWSING ENROLLMENTS:

Conducted over the phone and web with a benefits counselor, this option helps employees understand their benefit options and enroll in their choices.

WEB-BASED SELF-ENROLLMENTS:

Employees can enroll via our website with communications that clearly outline each step.

EXPRESS ENROLL:

Employees can sign up for specific product offerings using personalized pre-printed enrollment forms during a standard group meeting or simple paper enrollment process.

NON-PAYROLL DEDUCTION:

Some employers don’t have a payroll slot for deductions from the employee’s paychecks, so depending on the industry, we may be able to take the premiums directly from their bank account/credit card through our Harmony platform.
